Emergency Ordinance #3 (Adopted March 23, 2020)
(Supersedes Emergency Ordinance #2) Prohibits dine-in service for restaurants and other food-serving establishments, allows restaurants providing to-go service to sell wine and malt beverages by the package with certain requirements, and defines certain requirements that must be met by non-essential businesses in order for them to maintain business operations.
