Emergency Ordinance #2 -Non Longer In Effect (Adopted March 20, 2020)
Prohibits dine-in service for restaurants and other food-serving establishments, allows restaurants providing to-go service to sell wine and malt beverages by the package with certain requirements, and requires closure of gyms, bowling alleys, and certain other non-essential business types. (Late superseded by Emergency Ordinance #3)
